Trishelle Cannatella stars in the USA Network original reality series Dr. Steve-O. Best known as the quintessential girl next door on MTV's Real World: Las Vegas, Trishelle has branched out into multiple facets of the entertainment industry.

She will star in the upcoming The Dukes of Hazzard: The Beginning, the independent film Ninja Cheerleaders, The Scorned, and supporting roles in numerous other films, including 33 Griffin Lane and The Hillz.

Cannatella was born and raised in a small, conservative town in the Louisiana bayou and graduated from the University of Southern Mississippi, majoring in Broadcast Journalism with a minor in English. During her college career, Cannatella kept busy as a proud member of the Chi Omega sorority where she perfected her natural talent as the life of the party. Most recently, Cannatella returned to Las Vegas for the Real World: Reunited. Additionally, she has appeared in MTV's Jackass, PUNK'D, RR/RW Challenge: The Gauntlet and MTV's Spring Break 2004. Cannatella has also appeared in WB's Surreal Life, E!'s Kill Reality, CBS's Criminal Minds and the FOX series "VIP Passport. She is young, sexy and already has a large reality show-loving following.

Trishelle currently resides in Southern California.
