Darrell Hammond has brought to life a cavalcade of politicians, media figures, celebrities and newsmakers on television as a Saturday Night Live cast member. Darrell's impression of Al Gore was so powerful that it was said the former Vice President studied Darrell's gestures in preparation for the Presidential debates. Among the great number of other people he has mimicked are Bill Clinton, Sean Connery, Regis Philbin, Dan Rather, John Travolta, Jesse Jackson, Richard Dreyfus, Jay Leno and Ted Koppel. He frequently tours comedy clubs and theaters with an act that keeps people laughing nationwide. He has performed in front of both Presidents Clinton and George W. Bush. Hammond has also been seen in a number of feature films and television shows and stars in the forthcoming The Devil and Daniel Webster with Anthony Hopkins and Alec Baldwin. His other film credits include the recent Agent Cody Banks, Blues Brothers 2000 with Dan Ackroyd, Celtic Pride and the voice of Master Little in the animated hit The King and I. Darrel recently received record-breaking ratings for a half-hour comedy special on Comedy Central. He also appears frequently on Late Show With David Letterman, The Tonight Show with Jay Leno and Late Night With Conan O'Brien.
